What type/brand of transmission fluid does everyone use? Synthetics? Pro's and con's.

Honda MTF.

I used Redline MTL for a long time and now my tranny grinds 3rd gear. NOt saying the Redline caused it, but the Honda MTF has improved it somewhat. I'm sticking with OEM these days.
